About Us
Hi! We’re Cody and Nikki Moore — parents, dreamers, and co-authors of Candle Adventures for Kids: Stock Market Basics on Candles for the Young & Young at Heart.
Our passion for teaching financial literacy started at home — sharing simple lessons about money, saving, and investing with our own kids. We quickly realized that there weren’t many fun, age-appropriate books that made complex topics like the stock market easy to understand. So, we decided to create one!
Through Faith & Finance Kids, our goal is to blend biblical values, financial education, and family connection — helping parents and kids learn about money together in a way that’s positive, practical, and fun.
Why We Wrote Candle Adventures for Kids
We wanted to make investing approachable for children and families. Using colorful candlestick charts and relatable stories, this book teaches young readers (and even adults!) how to recognize patterns, understand how companies grow, and see how small investments can create big opportunities.
